Family Support Worker
Foster Parent
Key West Office
Responsible for providing support services to the Foster Parents of Monroe County. The support services include but are not limited to the following: transportation for clients (children), and performing assistance to foster parents. More Info
Family Support Worker/Transporter
Marathon Office
Responsible for providing support services to the Full Case Management program. The support services include but are not limited to the following: transportation for clients (adults and children), supervising visitation, and performing administrative tasks. More Info​
Family Specialist
Key West Office
P/T or F/T

Responsible for providing strength based and family centered in-home services for families alleged or involved in child abuse and neglect due to family violence, substance abuse and mental health issues.  The Family Specialist preserves families by working in partnership with parents to assess the needs of the family, enhance protective factors and reduce or eliminate safety and risk factors. The Family Specialist offers services to families on a voluntary and a court mandated basis and works as a part of the Wesley House team.

Responsible for initiating and maintaining regular long term home visits and making referrals and collaborating with other services to support healthy families with children prenatal through age 5 years.  High school graduate or general equivalency diploma; CDAE or AA degree preferred plus one year of direct experience working with culturally diverse families.  The candidate needs to be flexible and able to travel from Marathon to Key West frequently.  Wesley House is an EEOC employer and drug free workplace..

Full Case Manager

Responsible for providing direct case management services (voluntary and court ordered) to children, birth families, foster families and primary caregiver(s) in the home setting, day care, preschool, and/or school to ensure they receive services appropriate to their needs, and continuity of care focused on resolving or preventing the issues of child abuse or neglect and achieving permanency. ​​More Info​
